Shipping Information

House of Qaswa is preparing to launch in the United States. Orders are not currently being accepted.

The shipping information below describes our planned policy once checkout opens. Final shipping rates, delivery estimates, fulfillment arrangements, and eligible destinations will be confirmed and displayed before purchase.

Order Processing

Orders are expected to be processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and U.S. public holidays.

During product launches, holidays, or periods of unusually high order volume, processing may take longer.

Delivery Areas

House of Qaswa plans to launch by shipping to valid addresses within the United States.

We may not be able to deliver to destinations that cannot be serviced by our selected carriers. Availability for P.O. boxes and military addresses will depend on the carrier and service selected.

International shipping will not be available at initial launch unless expressly stated at checkout.

Estimated Delivery

Our planned standard delivery timeframe is approximately 3–7 business days after dispatch.

Delivery estimates are provided for guidance and are not guaranteed unless specifically stated otherwise.

Delivery may be affected by circumstances outside our control, including severe weather, carrier delays, public holidays, incorrect addresses, high shipping volumes, or other unforeseen events.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Any applicable free-shipping offers or thresholds will also be displayed at checkout.

Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Please note that tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update after the carrier receives the package.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address when placing an order.

If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us as soon as possible at support@houseofqaswa.com.

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered fulfillment. Additional shipping charges may apply if a package is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your tracking information indicates an unusual delay, loss, or damage, please contact us at support@houseofqaswa.com and include your order number and relevant details.

We will work with the applicable carrier to investigate the issue and provide the remedy required under applicable law and our Returns & Refunds Policy.

For damaged packages, photographs of the product and packaging may be requested to help us assess the claim.

International Shipping

International shipping will not be available during our initial launch unless expressly shown at checkout.

If international shipping becomes available in the future, applicable delivery estimates, duties, taxes, customs requirements, and importer responsibilities will be communicated before purchase.
