Our Return Policy

House of Qaswa is currently preparing for its U.S. launch. Orders are not yet being accepted.

Once sales begin, eligible customers may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Before sending an item back, please contact us at support@houseofqaswa.com to begin the return process. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a change-of-mind return, the prayer mat must:

  • Be unused
  • Be unwashed
  • Be free from fragrance, hair, lint, stains, or other signs of use
  • Remain in its original condition
  • Include its original tags and packaging
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase

Items that do not meet these requirements may not qualify for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for change-of-mind returns:

  • Items showing signs of use, washing, alteration, or damage after delivery
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom-made products, if offered
  • Final-sale items clearly identified before purchase

These exclusions do not apply where applicable law requires otherwise.

Return Shipping

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless we state otherwise.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or when the item was defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order promptly after delivery.

If your prayer mat arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@houseofqaswa.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the product
  • Clear photographs of the packaging where relevant

After reviewing the claim, we will provide an appropriate replacement, refund, or other remedy at no additional cost where the claim is accepted.

Refunds

Once a return is approved and the item has been received and inspected, an approved refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow up to 10 business days for us to process an approved refund.

Your bank or card issuer may require additional time before the refund appears in your account.

Exchanges

Direct exchanges may not be available during our initial launch.

Where an exchange is not available, the fastest option may be to return an eligible item and place a new order after the return has been approved.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@houseofqaswa.com.

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate cancellation requests, but we cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has entered fulfillment.

If shipment has already begun, our standard Returns & Refunds Policy will apply.
